Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Bill's Eastbourne offers a variety of food and drinks including the popular Halloumi Burger with grilled red pepper, hummus, red onion, sweet chilli sauce and pea shoots on a sesame seed bun, served with garlic and lemon aioli and rosemary salt fries.
