Preparation
Step 1: Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the ingredients

Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Deseed the bell pepper and cut into large pieces.
